For example, for a property on one level with up to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including laundering

Property checks

prices for six visits as and when required. For example once a month for six months

Gardening

Including the provision of our professional equipment. Prices are per hour per person. There is a minimum charge of 70.00 Euros or two hours if we are not already at the property.

For any work carried out by ourselves, not included in the standard changeover or pool contract prices.

Pool Services

Pool Management Contract

Contracts for a standard sized pool, 

based on it being open mid May to mid September, including start up and shut down, with twice weekly cleaning and chemical checks throughout July and August (recommended for optimal water quality)

includes any call-outs for pool related problems and unexpected maintenance 

carried out by ourselves. Also overseeing maintenance by third parties. 

We can open pools earlier and close them later if required, prices on request.

Pool chemicals or salt must be provided

We can buy these for you and invoice accordingly.

Individual Pool Cleans

Sometimes if clients wish to maintain the pool themselves when they are in residence or only wish a weekly pool clean throughout the whole season then individual pool cleaning prices maybe preferable .

Please note any pool related call-outs or unexpected maintenance carried out by ourselves will be charged.

Price is for a standard sized pool.

Small above ground or very large pools can be priced on request

Start up and shut down prices also on request. Pool chemicals or salt must be provided, we can buy these for you and invoice accordingly.

We can provide welcome packs for your customers, 

Our standard pack 

includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, local wine, water, artisanal crisps,biscuits and cake.
