Changeovers
We provide a full changeover service including the laundering of bedding and towels. We can also provide welcome packs and pre season spring cleans to get your property ready for rentals, and our contact number for guests incase of property related issues.
Pool Cleaning
We can provide a full pool management service, including start up, regular cleaning and closure, or individual cleans as required
We can also organise and oversee pool refurbishments and equipment repair.

Gardening
We can maintain all your outside spaces, from grass cutting and weeding, strimming, hedge cutting and pruning, to cutting back and clearance of overgrown areas. We can organise tree surgeons and landscapers if required and jet wash your patios.
We provide our own professional equipment so you don’t have to worry.

Painting and Refreshing
We can paint your interiors, exteriors and shutters, oil and varnish your patios and outside furniture and keep you property looking fresh.

Keyholding and Property checks
We provide keyholding packages to suit your needs
Starting at six visits, to use when required, to weekly or monthly checks.
Photos can be provided if requested.
We can also provide one off visits if required, after extreme weather for example.
Other Services
If you don’t see the service you are looking for please don’t hesitate to ask. We have been asked to start up cars and motorbikes, pack up houses and liaise with removal companies, wait for deliveries, stock fridges and cupboards, set up utilities and meet artisans on site.
